He still touches anyone in the tournament with his weapon and EE kicks in, he's a walking incon machine.
Forgot how difficult to navigate that profile was, but does this key even have the hades shit(besides the claw things) and if so how powerful is it? and what type of madness manip do Sirens have? Hes probably accepted regardless

The claw rips souls out, but it's close combat range, and the Sirens need to be summoned first, but from what I can tell, it requires them to speak.

She doesn't look like she should even have that due to her profile but she doesn't have any optional equipment so I might not be able to restrict it

Its an equipment, youre fine to restrict equipment if it makes them OP. People have done that before.

Yes you can, if it breaks your rules then you should be fine restricting it. I participated in a tourney before where the character nominated broke some rules of the tournament via their equipment, but by restricting their equipment, they were allowed.

I do want to be able to add some of these matches(Yharim's of course will not be added) and i don't think i can if I restrict standard equipment

I mean standard equipment can be restricted for the purpose of the tournament, but if any matches restrict standard equipment they cant be added to profiles per the Versus Thread Rules.
