Lord English VS Asriel Dreemurr

English takes this pretty handily. He has complete unconditional immortality. English's attacks are potent enough to crack reality at the seams and they've have been shown capable of killing immortal characters before plus he has no trouble showing up and just opening with massive beam spam. Asriel also wouldn't really be able to use time abilities to his advantage since English has been shown to be resistant to time powers in the past in addition to having time powers of his own. This being in character also doesn't help Asriel, most of his composure was just from him being unimaginably more powerful than frisk while fighting. If he was up against someone who rivaled or even exceeded his power as English does I'd see him panicking, since determination is based almost entirely on willpower he'd start losing his power over time, possibly even fading as he said Frisk was after each death. Overall I just don't think Asriel stands a chance here, he's out of his league.

Hmmm... Now that you mention determination, English played, acording to Hussie, the "Hardest session of the game ever," desprite having severe learning disabilites, and being totally alone. That on top of him being really damn evil, which also ***** up undertale verse, means he has a really good determination/killing intent combo, which would make him even harder to deal with...

This is a stomp, English is in a far higher dimensional plane than him, that alone gives him the immediate win, plus Lord English is hax and in-character give him the advantage, Lord English would double death him from existence

This.

Asriel only tops to "At least 2-A" here. Lord English is Low 1-B, likely much higher. His dimensional state alone as what Xar pointed out gives him an automatic win here.
