Lord Boros vs Raditz

Id go with Raditz, he could fight Piccolo and Goku who were moon level busters, in speed they seem to be on par. The best attack feat we had from Boros was a potential multi continent.
 
Well Lord Boros is like MHS+ or Sub-Relativistic. Not that it would matter either way cause Raditz is more durable and has a higher AP rate than LB. Hell Boros best attack feat like Viturino is Multi Continent level. That really isn't going to do him good here at all.

So... Are we accepting anime filler feats now?
 
Not sure if the feat in the anime will be more impressive than the manga, if it does then there will be inconsistency which would be troublesome

No. Not unless they're explicitly implied to, which the comic scenes from OPM are. You get to see the Giant Snowman, Cicada Nymph, etc. Saitama simply didn't get to actually do those fights due to time restraints.

Sounds a bit of a stretch tho, but , well, if thats gonna upgrade opm characters im all for it.

Well, we don't know if it is yet, but considering the monsters appear in both the intro and in Saitama's own flashbacks, I see no reason to assume they didn't happen.
