Local CEO VS Mini All Might.

...Doesn't Midoriya AP stomp? Low 7-C (2 kilotons) for Deku vs 8-B (at most 27 tons) for Zero-One?

Only for 3 attack, Aruto have much better mobility compare to Midoriya with his pseudo teleport, and Zea will make every attack that is the same as the last one less effective due to it's calculation power.

Even so, with that kind of AP difference, all Midoriya has to do is get one shockwave in and Aruto gets blown clear out of his transformation. This isn't a fair fight for him at all.

Except for the part that Aruto can dodge all of his blow pretty cleanly.

Unlike All Might, Midoriya cant rapid All For One blow like All Might and Aruto can teleport much harder than him. And he is also a lot faster as well.

Shining Hopper is ridiculously fast and Zea's computing server unbelievably powerful, but he's not "easily dodging" Midoriya, especially at 100%. And if one of those shockwaves so much as grazes Aruto, the AP to Durability difference is so high that it's an instant incapacitation.

Again, this is a no-win scenario for the CEO of Hiden. He gets stomped even harder than Thouser beat him.

Except that is a massively hypersonic+ vs hyper sonic+ speed difference. That alone is massive, and unlike Thouser he isnt nearly as armored as well. The chance of Aruto dodging into counter attack is a lot better than you think.

Maybe so, but Izuku isn't an idiot when it comes to combat. He's got the Full Gauntlet, so he can hit three 100% Smashes. The chances or Aruto dodging all three are slim to nonexistent even with Shining Arithmatic's effects, and if the shockwaves from one so much as graxze him, it's all over.

YET AGAIN, this is a no-win scenario for Aruto, even with his speed advantage.

Yes and Aruto is also not an idiot.

And why do you think that he can't dodge when their speed? Three blinks in a row and Aruto should be behind him not counting his natural speed.

The reason i do this is because I know Izuku cant deal with Aruto in his own 8-C key is why I put him at his peak.

I feel like Aruto's profile has some flaws, but chief among them is:

The process that Aruto has in Shining Hopper when calculating the avoidance and attack patterns of stuff as well as the process to swap between these patterns is only 0.1 seconds, not "seconds". This wording is important as hell because it's a literal 10x difference in calculation time.

Dodging a 100% smash from Izuku would easy as hell since every instance of its usage is heavily telegraphed (Pulling fist back). In the latest episode, Aruto was spamming the Shining Arithmetic to basically dodge and teleport every attack the enemy sent at him while charging his attack; something that'd easily be replicated here.

And no, the shockwaves would EASILY be seen by Aruto far before he's ever hit. Even the basic Rising Hopper's visualizer has a Thermography and X-Ray imagining capabilities and as we have seen on multiple occasions, the shockwaves generated from the 100% Punch generates a not unsubstantial amount of heat to do what it does.

To compound this, the strength advantage Izuku has is actually less than what's being implied here. The Shining Hopper's systems will continuously work to attempt to be stronger than the enemy and although this fails on enemies too strong, it at least shortens the gap. Plus unlike Midoriya, Aruto can just stay at a ranged and gun Izuku down while teleport spamming or even just charge final attacks.

AND EVEN THEN! Izuku would NOT kill someone like Aruto, who's at least acting very much human (If Izuku things Aruto is a sentient android robot then he'd probably geek out). Likewise, Aruto would NOT just gun down Izuku with impunity.

This can only end one way- Izuku holds back to not kill Aruto (Who's done NOTHING WRONG. Something a Hero should sort of take into account in combat) and Aruto tries not to kill Izuku. By making them IC, you effectively made both Midoriya and Aruto do 1 or 2 small exchanges before Aruto goes "Hey can we not? You look like a kid!" and Izuku would be all "Well I'm a Hero. What are you?"

And then goes off their budding friendship. That's literally the only way this IC battle could end. They would NOT kill eachother and they wouldn't even knock eachother out.

Please refer to my comment on how the match can only end one way and one way only since you made them IC.
