The entire verse (which is just three pages rn) has a few problems, so let's fix 'em.

Six

Six needs three keys.

Base | Monster | End of Little Nightmares

Base has the powers listed on the profile currently, with the exception of Life Force Absorption and Telekinesis and the addition of Limited Fire Manipulation via her handheld lighter. I feel this key is important, as its the state she's in for 90% of the series. She stays 10-B here.

Monster is the form Six takes at the end of Little Nightmares 2, where she is corrupted by the Signal Tower and transformed into a huge beast. This key gets 9-B via sheer size, and gets Superhuman Physical Characteristics and Large Size (Type 1) for powers. She also gets a weakness, that being how she is too clingy to her music box.

End of Little Nightmares is from, well the end of the first game, which is the last in the timeline. This is the key where Six gets the Lady's powers, those being Lifeforce Absorption and Telekinesis. I don't see the need for an Unknown tier here, as she manages to snap a Guest's neck via telekinesis (4:53). Therefore, she should be 10-B, At Least 9-C via Telekinesis.

So, it'd look like this:

Tier: 10-B | 9-B | 10-B, At Least 9-C via Telekinesis

Mono

Mono can stick with one key for now, but has the potential for two.

At one point, despite not gaining any sort of powerboost, Mono starts using powers he never used while Six was with him. It's likely he merely had no reason to use them before this point, and the loss of his friend is what gave him the motivation to. However, as this is speculation, perhaps a key separation is ideal?

Anyways, as for his tier, 10-B physically, at least High 8-C via Telekinesis.

The High 8-C comes from the fact he can bend at least eight large buildings during his fight with the Thin Man, who is an older version of himself. A calc would be preferable

While the Thin Man was shown to have control over the entire Pale City, it would seem this happened over a long period of time.

His powers would be:

Small Size, Stealth Mastery, Immersion (Can enter television sets as a passageway to enter a long hallway), Rage Power/Berserk Mode (Began using his powers more aggressively after meeting the Thin Man), Teleportation (Can travel between televisions), Telekinesis, Spatial Manipulation via this (at 11:48, he manages to change his position to get himself down the street), possibly Existence Erasure (The Thin Man faded into nothing after being overpowered by Mono's powers), Resistance to Corruption (Went within the Signal Tower, which transformed Six into a monster after a few minutes, and was unaffected)

The Lady

The only thing that needs to be changed here is the same change as Six, give her At least 9-C with Telekinesis

Besides the 9-C rating everything looks good in my view.

For the neck snap thing do you have something clearer with it? Because this is during Six's whole life absorption moment and it feels more like that then with the mom lifting Six up in the air.

Mono should have energy manipulation. Considering what he can do with his powers like empowering himself to overpower Thin Man and amplifying his voice to distract Six.
