Hallo everyone, this is going to be a really small and quick upgrade. This calc of mine has been approved, rising the former 9-B cap of the verse which hinged on these two calcs, formally separated as Chun-Li scaled below Ryu.
This feat has been performed to Cammy and she can be traced back to both Chun and Ryu, as there is no sensible increase in strength in her from the first keys of the latter two. Chun-Li's profile already provides the necessary evidence to scale the two (ap section), while Ryu can easily be connected through his victory over Balrog, who in turn scored a draw against Cammy.
Simple as that, the two 9-B keys of Ryu and Chun stay 9-B, just to a higher value.
