Lille is weaker than Gerard?

I read that this was done due to Lille being haxy rather than having AP, but shouldn't you then make him 6B/High 6B (with Hax)? I know some other characters have a specific rank with their hax alone, while they themselves physically aren't quite there. (Ragna the Bloodedge is a clear example. His hax tier is far, far above his regular tier.) When you leave it like this, it makes it seem like Gerard is so far above Lille he could one-shot him.

to answer the thread, Lille is considered stronger than Gerard despite being physically weaker since he relies on hax . Lille ignores durability and is intangible so his tier being below Gerard doesnt matter if Gerard has no way of damaging Lille, and Lille can damage Gerard.
