I think Thanos using starts with Reality Warping and Transmutation, depends who's faster at their move.

speed is equalized but as far as im aware that only effects travel and attack speed which leaves combat and reaction speed in that regard thanos is high hypersonic and the lich is sub relativistic(?) i think?

Well, what I mean is which ability can occur first. I think Thanos grips his fist and blasts a red shockwave to transmutate/warp his opponents, so I'd say it's decently passive. Unsure about the Lich, though.
