More episodes, Katarina says she isn't a mage and hasn't used her teleportation at all so far. Knowing Riot they are probably retconning it or maybe they come up with some magical artifact to give her the teleport ability later on.

Nah, Bqrd is up there but we only play as his avatar, same with ASol, meanwhile Zoe is throwing around the full power of a Celestial, same with Pantheon funnily enough
