Has anyone actually survived being hit by Garen's Ultimate in-lore?

I don't think Garen's ever used his ultimate in-lore. Unless the comics had him use it (haven't yet bought the Lux and Garen ones) it's game-only barring A Twist of Fate.InfiniteSped said:

The other two dozen Low 7-C/7-C feats present in the verse, though from all the new lore and some new feats that were calculated there is actually enough evidence to bump the low tiers up to High 7-C

Then that feat should prob get removed and the scaling chain changed, cuz it seems rn like all the lower tiers scale from him and that feat.
