Law stomps, this is a mismatch. And Garnet's upgrade will have zero effect on the matchup, Law would still stomp. He doesn't just ignore durability, he ignores Regenerationn as well (since there's nothing to regenerate into). Precog will only stretch the time of the battle. Law has beaten people who can turn into pure gas and disperse enough to turn invisible (Caesar Clown)

@Gojira1234 - Law can teleport, and use telekinesis and spacial attacks to keep Garnet at a distance. He can then spam Amputate until he lands a strike before finishing Garnet and poofing/shattering her with his durability negating attacks. Garnet is severely outclassed in every category. Even if she's upgraded to 6-B, she still loses via hax-stomp.

Once Law gets out of her range he's free to do anything he likes. Only reason he isn't as strong as he should be is because of One Piece logic, that plot holds him back because he's not the MC

@Joseph - I wouldn't say it was purely because of the logic of the plot. Doflamingo was the only opponent who could defeat Law (outside of Fuji), and had vast knowledge of the Ope Ope no Mi + Busoshoku Haki, which mitigated the effects of Law's fruit. Hell, Doflamingo would've eventually died or at least been permanently incapacitated in the middle of the fight via Gamma Knife if it weren't for his pseudo-regen putting him right back into the fight. Even w/ the help of his ability, Doflamingo should've been KO'd from the physical trauma alone--but his stamina is monstrous.

Garnet does not have knowledge on the Ope Ope no Mi going into this fight, and even if she did, she has a very limited arsenal when compared to opponents who posed a threat to Law. Her regen isn't even helpful in-fight due to it only being available in a vulnerable position--and an opponent would likely shatter her upon seeing the gem.

Law is more tactical + cautious than someone like Luffy--who would surely fight Garnet head-on--and has durability negating abilities, and a larger range than Garnet by far.

@Cin - Well Law was pretty heavily injured and also very exhausted during the fight against Doflamingo, I would like to see him in full health without limitations. Without certain limitations Law has very impressive feats, such as beating Vergo and Smoker. But Doflamingo did have knowledge on Law which helped him prepare.

@Joseph - Law was mostly injured from his first fight against Doflamingo on the bridge. However, even though Law was exhausted during his 2nd fight with Doflamingo, Luffy was fending off the Black Knight and also supported in the fight, landing a few blows on Doflamingo. Meanwhile, Doflamingo still only received less than moderate injury by the time he presumably killed Law. And Doflamingo never used his awakening and parasito, which probably would've made it into an incredibly one-sided fight anyways.
