Krillin downgrade

Why is Krillin listed as Large Planet level? Just from cutting off Second Form Frieza's tail? But what feats does second form Frieza have to make him Large Planet level in the first place? I'm pretty sure that only Final Form Frieza was Large Planet level since that was what destroying Namek was calculated at. The other forms were just Planet+ from his feat of destroying Planet Vegeta. Another reason it makes no sense for Krillin to be Large Planet level is that just before fighting Frieza Krillin got stomped by Recoome who is only 5-B. So I believe Krillin should be downgraded to 5-B as he doesn't seem to have to feats to put him at 5-A.

Destroying Planet Vegeta was a Large Planet level feat.
