In the episode mirket says Necati is responsible for the laws of the "dünya" which comes from "cihan" which can either mean planet or universe so we need a proof of it effecting things outside earth right?

He was able to transmutate the moon and even make the sun dizzy proving Necati in this case controls the universe not the planet.

In the same episode he has shown ability to control and alter matter as he transmutates moon to a cube, turns şakir into a liquid by most likely messing with his matter, turns Canan weird looking, changes remzi and şakirs colours to weird states we also see atoms in the room so this makes it even more likely.

For that matter he should be able to get a L2-C or even maybe a 2-C (theres 4+ universes)
