King of Fighters: Tier 4 stuff, Danmaku and Flight

Kukri is only capable of doing this with an outside source and it's power grows based off of the fighters within it. So Kukri would be considered tier 4 only with that item, like Thanos with infinity gauntlet =/= without it. We can't just ignore the other endings since there's probably just as many supporting the latter, if not more so. Also every KOF girl having the same dream and affecting one another in said dreams is still way more than just dream manipulation. OH and the only character change is kukri himself who only had a small apperence in the story of the previous game, we knew close to nothing about him anyway, so whos to say he isn't a perv. He's still a villan and no one seemed to mind when zack bought his own island just to perv out with DOA girls despite not showing any pervy intent previously.
Everyone else acts as they should in the strange situation. Some examples, Shermie embraces the madness, leona is extremly put off, kula is too native to understand half off it, nako is embaressed the entire time, and terry is more confused than he's (she's?) ever been.
I agree with the high 6-A tiering as well since the zero canon had more statements about lifewiping/reshaping the planet than half the pages here that accepted it. The only reason the endings we got only showing city destruction is because there are multiple satilaite canons and only one of them went off. The Manhua manga series (which is canon btw, overseen by the writers of the games adapted and the only SNK manga series to be directly cited in by the most recent manga KOF: A New Beginning which is offical Shonen Jump and approved by Kyoutarou Azuma) also supports high 6-A statements and feats.

@Bobsican Because as Matt said, the Tier 4 feat required massive amounts of outside help Kukui doesn't normally have access to. Meaning Tier 4 doesn't scale to anyone.

It could mean KoF XIV is canon to this game, but that doesn't always mean the latter is true. It could be the same as DCAU having a comic book sequel.

Based on what Matt said though, if the entire plot of the game is that "It's all a dream," that's kind of an indicator for it to not be a feat for anyone. Because regardless of whether or not the feat is canon, it's implied to not even be real.

I'm not sure, since its a considerable jump and it might end up scaling to the guys of Samurai Shodown, Psycho Soldier, Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, Ikari Warriors, Metal Slug, Garou, King of Fighters and etc. It's complicated because its not only one verse due to KoF including many verses in it, which got worst with the Verse stuff, so to scale KoF one must known all the previous mentioned verses and their feats.

The only feat I know of in Ikari Warriors is pressing ABBA. But anyway, yeah SNK in general is like one big verse consisting of multiple franchises making so many loop holes and inconsistencies here and there.

KOF is a self contained continuity that holds alot of other properties.
While Art of Fighting and Fatal fury are Canon to KOF, KOF isn't canon to the latter.
Everything that happens in KOF is KOF exclusive, samsho, metalslug, fury, etc are still there own verses with their own canon.

Everyone who's knowledgeable on the verse either say Tier 4 is only applicable for a certain weapon, or outright rejected it. I'm not too familiar with the verse, but I know Matt has rejected this numerous times before.

It's an Outlier. The game's canonicity is debatable and is possibly just a dream sequence. This can't be applied.

And on my part:
It can´t be an outlier, it´s even explicitly stated that Kukri got such capability in a trip to Egypt, meaning that it goes as a new "key" on the profile.
And before you bring up again "it´s just a dream", well...
