Kenshin Himura VS Shichika Yasuri (8-B) Speed Equalized

Due to Rurouni Kenshin and Katanagatari a placed in a similar time period and consist of both swordsman martial artists i seriously wonder what you vs battle professionals would think the outcome would be. Personally i believe Shichika (8-B) would win the bout however im open to changing opinion.

Both have precognition that I'm assuming is comparable.

If Kenshin can defeat Shichika in one strike, he's got this, otherwise what can Kenshin do to deal with Shichika's durability negation?

Im sure kenshin would Be able to finish shichika especially if he's off guard but its a matter of wether he would realize that he would have to use his strongest attack(s) to start.

Amakakeru Ryü no Hirameki or Kuzuryüsen seem like they could potentially take Shichika out, but if he doesn't use those first in-character, I imagine Shichika would just disarm him with Chrysanthemum.
