Sakura's speed upgrade would not affact result,as Touma is also far beyond "normal highschool student" in his battle,and Subsonic would be only lv4 in Toaru.What's more,he has knowledge about how to deal with teleport,which is from his past when he did not lost his memory.

Peak human is his base speed. Touma has Precognition which works by unconsciously reacting to the opponent's involuntary movements prior to an attack and even able to negate misaka lightning even in her Level 6 shift form without even see it. Fyi, misaka in her Level 6 form has Hypersonic speed which faster than Sakura.

Late reply cause I forgot about this thread until recently, but if that's the case, even Dark Sakura would likely lose if it was implemented here. Unless if you want a Redux using Dark Sakura.
