CQC Ichigo doesn’t have much in terms of weaponry. But I’m pretty sure Cap far skilled though, plus he has better range, defense and offense options via his shield and Mjölnir

well he doesn’t fully downscale from the 500+ GT explosion. He downscales from tanking the explosion, at least that’s how our verse page describes that feat. So his AP might honestly just be 539 GT

I think Ichigo may be overwhelmed at just how well Cap uses both his shield and Mjölnir but it wouldn’t damage him too much. Ichigo’s finishers are able to oneshot people on his level, so Cap would be taken out if that does land. Luckily for him, Ichigo has paralysis inducement which works just by him releasing his energy onto his opponent’s.
