At the very least, Neo-Heisei Riders should all have a page...Or at least the main and secondaries anyways...

There's also Super-1's tanking atmospheric reentry, and him cooling down the spaceship he was on.

Hmm... Zero. Decade. 2009 debut years. Both can use powers of their successors way after their years of relevance.

But who cares about the extra details? I want to see, or hear --I don't really keep up much with Kamen Rider anymore--, about how Decade can be fixed. Because hoo boy, it's been a long time since I even cared about Decade, but he's still a cool concept.

My current stats for Neo-Heisei Riders:

Build - 5-A (RabbitRabbit, TankTank, Genius), possibly higher (Cross-Z Build) (Fought Evolto in all forms, who annihilated and absorbed the energy of entire planets and moons casually, Genius Form's essence has the energy to fuse two planets together)

Ex-Aid - 5-A (Muteki), possibly higher (Mighty Novel X) (Muteki can defeat Cronus easily, who could otherwise only be defeated with being crushed by The Moon at high velocity, while Mighty Novel X can cancel out God Maximum Mighty X's attacks)

Ghost - Likely 5-B, possibly higher (Mugen and Tenkaitoitsu) (Defeated The Great Eye merged with the Gamma, which powers the entire Gamma World, and can turn night into day, though the latter might simply be Environmental Manipulation, and which Ghost also requires 6 consecutive finishers)

Drive - Likely High 6-A (Tridoron and Special) (Defeated Paradox Roidmude and Sigma Circular with a fully powered Type Tridoron and Type Special, both which easily generates the energy required for a Global Freeze)

Gaim - Possibly 5-B to 5-A (Man of The Beginning) (Can terraform an entire planet that operates under different physics than the material world, and comparable to Megahex who assimilated an entire planet, and also Lapis who made an entirely new Earth made out of dreams for a world without Inves; though Gaim and Megahex might have took time with such feats)

Fourze - 6-B (Cosmic), possibly higher (Fusion) (Defeated Gamou, who can evoke the Dark Nebula, which can destroy Japan, stronger with the Fusion States)

Not attempting W, OOO or Wizard.

For W, his feats are only truly present in crossovers, stalemating Black and defeating Shadow Moon, though such destructive power is unseen in the actual show.

OOO and Wizard lack proper feats worth mentioning.
 
ooo should have resistance to empathic/mind manipulation.Transmforming into ooo reversed the effect of a yummy that can make peope fall in love

Gaim should have pocket reality manipulation and temporal BFR he displayed theses in zi-o ep 11-12

Decade has shown paralysis in his hibiki form from in zi-o ep 13
 
Although it's dumb W doesn't use it more, Xtreme form has nigh-instant... Information Analysis?

I mean, technically it isn't analysis since it's literally just a google search for everything about the opponent (Their weaknesses, best way to defeat them, their current location, their connections to other people, I'm honestly not sure why they don't abuse the Gaia Library even more).

Nice, what we need now is profile for Fourze, Drive, Ghost, Build, and Ex-Aid.

For W, Wizard and OOO tho, we might need to gathering an feat.
 
I think I would upgrade Decade base form and Complete form to 5-B, due to his fight against Black RX.

But I'll wait until he finished his role in Zi-O, this dude stomps king of time. Might be more.

Some source said that he'll appears in Zi-O for 4 episodes.

Build should be not 5A because Genius form can't defeat Evolt Black Hole form and Monster form . The reason why he can fuse two planet because he use white pandora box .

For lapis he just make illusions .
 
Yeah, tier doesn't requires you to defeat someone, but can held his own/fight equal against someone.

Hence why scaling is a thing. Btw i wish we have tier 7-A KR.
