I'm gonna have to go with Chisaki here. Idk about being a mini version of Guildarts, lol. Chisaki's ability is more versatility as it gives him regen and fusionism. Anyhow, Natsu will likely rush in and be disassembled. As is his character.

Well, considering how everyone argue with Chisaki having greater AP than even Erza who while wekaend one shotted a person that overpowered Natsu i would say this is AP stomp in particular if you add his hax.
