Julius Vs Devil

It seems like aging Devil won't work, it's possible that this dude should have immortality type 1 or just good ass longevity, anyways even if it would work, he says "Heal." and that's all.
Word Devil is far more versatile with his magic, throwing time orbs at him would only make it worse because he just say "Return."
To crush Julius Devil would need to say something like "Come here.", but Julius has teleportation, too. And he could instantly loop Devil in time.
But my man has precog and it ain't happening. He could try to EE his ass but Word Devil will not let him. Just say "Bye Julius." and he's back in his place.
Idk if Devil's trident would work on some time magic spells, maybe yes? That spell Julius used on Licht's Light Magic and erased it was energy based.
One problem is, Julius is not hecking around but he would definitely be amazed by Devil's magic for a while, if he was amazed by Yami's DS, and Devil can do even better things than DS.
I'm not voting yet, both are stupid strong and Devil dealt with Lumiere, Patry, Licht, Yuno, Asta and Yami... That's some sick feat

Devil, zero difficulty. Julius was having issues with base Patry. Patry after that was awoken, and then got another power-up via demon light magic. That demon light Patry should be on Julius' battle, and he wasn't doing half as well against Asta and Yuno as Devil did WITHOUT his grimoire. Kotodama Devil crushes this.

but there is only evidence for longevity. that still means he could take a few shots from julius before being aged to death (which is dumb because he's probably immortal but there's no evidence)
he also has really good Regenerationn so julius would have to get a really good hit in which will be hard without prior knowledge and he can likely outlast julius stamina wise if julis stops all his attacks in time which will be hard on Julius stamina because Storm of blades is a pretty good danmaku (which is also missing on devils page)
he is also way more versatile.
and if the devil gets badly hurt by offensive time magic then he'll probably use his life/ magic absorption spell which will just overwhelm julius even if his magic works against the otherworldly magic because he doesn't have an army of high tiers with him to clear the path like they did in the actual fight against the devil.

Julius was pulling his PUNCHES with Patry, which aren't even the issue here. Ofc he has the firepower to harm the Devil, whose durability, albeit good, couldn't tank Asta + Yuno, who are reasonably below Julius. However, he was not being slow on purpose, and was giving his defense his best, but Patry, who is much, much slower than the Devil, was still able to get hits in. The Devil blocked Patry's attack with a lot more ease than Julius did. Julius was struggling against the whip, and got dragged by it a good bit. The Devil ended it instantly. This is a miss-match. Julius is weaker than Licht and Lumiere, who, even combined, failed to scratch the Devil. The Devil stomps, as said before. "Come here. Get crushed. Get broken. Get back here. Disappear. Storm of Blades." These words would just about end the fight. If all else fails, the Devil uses his grimoire and soloes the kingdom along with Julius.

patri states that their are only three humans that can stop him (yami because his darkness magic is his light magic´s oppisite, william because they share a body and julius because he´s fast, powerful and skilled.). but no one ever says julius is one of the only ones that can defeat the devil.

She is referring to their magics working on devils. Word Devil flat-out could not affect dark magic, as it's from his world, and time magic seems to hold higher "authority" than any other attribute, as none of them can affect it, yet it can affect all of them. If Julius were to successfully trap a devil, he would be capable of killing it, as in taking its life. Slightly stronger than Patri, whose far more powerful form (as he had since awakened) got curb-stomped by a Word Devil who didn't even have his grimoire at the time. There is literally 0 chance for Julius to win this. This is Frieza vs Yamcha.
