I was talking about better usage. Like Ryu stated RCT has Limits. Not all can Regenerate hand.
Yuta has feat for Regenerating Yuji heart. He also has a feat for Regenerating Maki Leg I guess. Shoko feats are offscreen so can't say much.
I don't understand why Shoko or Yuta couldn't Regenerate Angel Hand same goes for Inumaki.

Simple Sukuna has Regeneration Negation. And since Gojo could RCT from his attacks, he has Resistance to Regeneration Negation. But since he couldn't regen from strong Cleave then strong Cleave has layered Regeneration Negation

Not necessarily, we know that CE comes from the stomach and while yes RCT comes from the brain it still requires a massive amount of CE to actually heal you and sukuna cleaved away gojos top from his stomach cutting of CE to the brain=no more regen for you.

I know, i wasn't really being serious with anything i said. My headcanon for why Inumaki and Angel weren't healed is that it took too much time for them to get to Shoko to heal them at hich point RCT wasn't effective
