My logic for planet level Josuke is as follows

Star Platinum beat The World

Earth is the world

Earth is baseline planet level

Crazy diamond is stronger than Star Platinum

Therefore

5-B Crazy Diamond


This would in theory scale to everyone that the 8-B scales to, so I'm fairly certain we're gonna have a fun time. Thoughts on this very good logic?
