Joseph due to being faster than Cinder. If speed was equalized... I'd say that's debate-worthy.

Same with the above. While Joseph is only Supersonic+ in movement speed compared to Cinder's Hypersonic+, his combat and reactions compensate for it greatly.

Yeah Joseph takes this. If there was prior knowledge I think Cinder would take this. Cinder would be able to stay at range and spam AOE attacks. FTL+ reactions wouldn't matter much if he couldn't out of the blast radius of Cinder's lava and fire. And how I understand it is that Joseph's profile specifically says FTL+ attack speed and reactions, so he can't catch a kiting Cinder. But as it stands with no prior knowledge then yeah Joseph wins.
