It's cause they scaled originally to Killer Queen who scaled below Crazy Diamond who scaled below Star Platinum previously before the Speed CRT

Not really, it's not like they're having trouble to react to gunshot, as they're constantly reacting to it during the Part, and even being able to blitz sound attacks.

The whole reacting to gunshots look like Quickdraw instances to me, they're not really evading it though I've seen some solid reactions from Johnny and Gyro.
Maybe it's cause they don't have a stand to show their reactions to the thing as they themselves lack combat speed

Been a while since I checked on that so not sure how it's doing. From memory, the votes for agree/disagree/neutral were all pretty equal (with agree's holding a slight edge if you count 'possibly' agreements) so I would think that thread still has a pretty decent way to go before it's concluded

Ger wouldn't scale anyway, we can't apply a statement from a billion years ago to something from the most recent arc that isn't even an attack.
