It's a highly improbable situation without an utterly gigantic gap in skills. and given the skill feats in his page I don't see anything proving that he can do something like this against a opponent this much stronger than him and with combat expertise of his own.

Being a Black belt is definitely not enough to toss away someone 30 times as strong you and not lacking combat skills of his own.

So, All Might is only 8 times stronger than Johnny Bravo. Johnny being int he 100 Megatons while All Might is in the 800, Is that like, a huge advantage for All Might?
