Hurricane hands would be blocked by earth wall or repelled with cyclone barrier. Don't know about the power boots though, I can't seem to find it. How much distance can he cover with teleportation? BoBoiBoy has up to few kilometers with AOE.

Johnny usually goes for Power Poots and Hurricane Hands while spamming Teleportation when he needs to avoid danger.
