Uh... is this kid Joey or End of Story Joey?

I think Kid Joey will be overwhelmed due to the sheer blast radius and impact force of the Battle Hammer along with Weavel's ability to split into two and thus attack from two directions.

However, I'm pretty sure End of Story Joey has this, considering the fact that he's strong and skilled enough to OHKO normal Bounty Hunters and Space Pirates.

Round 1: Weavel due to greater experience and devastating weaponry.

Round 2: Joey due to equal experience and superior use of his Field Knuckle (i.e. firing casual knuckle projectiles that deflect other projectiles).
