in the databook it states that jiraiyas ultra big ball rasengan can destroy a mountain, not a small mountain, but just a mountain. nowhere does it say that jiraiya is only capable of destroying small mountains, i dont know where this came from. the databook clearly states jiraiya can destroy a mountain so why is he not 7-A?

Isn't this the same guidebook that says stuff like temari's fan can blow away the universe among other ridiculous things? Don't think we can take anything it says seriously.

That would be something either •Taken out of context (possibly mraning that the universe and it's beings are shocked at her power), or •Something contradicted by later things.

Either way I'd assume this was more valud than the Temari scan, giwever unless we can upgrade low level Tailed Beasts to Island level, I doubt we'd have Jiraiya at Mountain level.

Destroying a small mountain could just be calculated as 7-C though.

He is ranked as 7-C with Odama Rasengan which has a hypothetical calc of him destroying the Hokage monument mountain.

but it doesnt say the ultra big ball rasengan can only destroy a small mountain. where does it say this? it says jiraiya can destroy an actual mountain. and the databook does say some ridiculous things but those are clearly hyperbole, whereas here it doesnt seem to be

Well, if the size of the mountain is not specified, it is hard to gauge by guesswork.

Since the guidebook doesn't say the size of the mountain the Hokage Mountain was used for the calc.
