Nah, Ning just blow up the whole earth and leaving only a few characters who have a small planet level durability, such as Sasuke. but Sasuke will still die because he doesn't have self sustenance type 1. Naruto verse will only leave a few characters like Toneri, Kaguya, and Naruto himself.
