Jack attacked the 4 ships escorting Doflamingo which were guarded by Issho, Sengoku, & Tsuru. Sinking two of the ships, and surviving the fight relatively uninjured. Hence Jack, and by extension all the people scaled to him should be Island Level+.

We do not know for a fact that he was attacked full force by Issho and Sengoku, and should preferably only use the + sign for calculated values in the upper half of a tier. However, you can ask CinCameron20 for input here.

But Jack sunk two of their ships. I find it highly unlikely that after having two of their four ships sunk Issho and Sengoku weren't going atleast close to all out.

Well, again, we did not see the fight, so I think that scaling him from being at least as strong as one of Big Mom's strongest commanders seems sufficient for the moment.

If Jack is scaled from Cracker then he should be 6-C not likely 6-C.
