Sooooo this should be interesting...right? I dunno. Izuko has gotten in trouble with ADVENT and now has to fight one of their shocktroopers whi has a weird shock stick thingy. Speed is equalized, fight takes place in a deserted city.

Basically base-tier people would get bumped up to 9-A, higher-tier people (elite stun lancer, probably) goes anywhere from 8-C to 8-A and big-boi armor is Low 7-C
