@Anonymus

"Good idea"

@Phoenix

i follow you inside the base.

"Yes, i am from that ship that Cthulhu attacked."

I respond.

"Well then. As you've likely noticed this island seems to be inhabited by a large variety of unusual creatures. Also don't burn the purple sticks, trust me." Nicholas says as he enters the base and puts down Igneus.

Grabbing some spare wood and vines, I begin making hammocks for us to rest on ...... inside the shelter, I decide after brief deliberation.

"Nature is a bit*h, i had noticed.

Also, who would be dumb enought to randomically burn weird colored things ?"

Is my responce to shockwave man, as i search for a spot where to sit.

"Sadly .... it was a group decision. On the plus side, nothing bad really happened beyond us getting high so I see this as an absolute win."

"Well, we didn't exactly expect the outcome we got. Anyways, I'll try and make a splint for her now, if anyone else has broken anything, tell me."

Nicholas then goes to look for larger pieces of wood he would shave off trees to make a makeshift splint for Igneus.

"Dummies."

I say jokingly

"Anyway, name's Blake, instead who would the three of you be ?"

I ask, while looking at Shockwave guy try fix up trident gal.

"I mean .... if we wanna be technical, its neither. Magma is molten rock inside the crust while lava is molten rock that reached the surface through a vent. Though I suppose rule of cool doesn't care much of accurate naming."

@Blank

"Could you shut that furnace for a minute ?"

I ask coldy.

@Junko

"So, Magma weapons, that's quite the nice ability."

I say to try confort Igneus a bit.

I wave my hand lazily.

"Fine fine, I'll stop. No need to be so serious. We spent the whole day being chew toys and yours was probably similar. Whats the point in surviving if you can't crack a few jokes?"

"We had some fish earlier but seem to have misplaced them when Gamera attacked us. We do have the river so thats a potential option."

@Overlord

Blake's arm was riddled in large bite marks that were still bleeding. The survivor was lucky that the Kaprosuchus hadn't broken the bones in their arm.

@Phoenix

Nicholas managed to collect a decent amount of wood, the likes of which looked like your average oak wood; no sort of the purple wood could be found.

@Everyone

The sky overhead was beginning to be covered in gray clouds, a sound of thunder rumbling faintly in the air.

I feel like i should have already went unconscius because of the amount of blood i am loosing

"I have the feeling this place is gonna get floaded."

Nicholas returned to the base, collecting some vines along the way to use to tie the splint on.

He would then get to work on making a makeshift splint for Igneus' leg, tying it down with vines and pieces of his clothing.

"I'll go build sand walls to slow down any water from the river if it bursts."

Walking outside, I quickly gather or make shorter logs around 4 feet in length to erect a smaller fence inside the pallisade. Leaving a gap between the two barricades for my sand, I spend however long it takes to finish, working as fast as I can.

"Good idea."

I follow Donte outside, with bow and arrow ready, to guard on him while he's busy buillding in case some animal of the forest tries attacking him

Donte and Blake would go unmolested by the local wildlife; no other animals came by that would pose a danger to the survivors. Donte would manage to construct a decent portion of the sand walls before rain began to sprinkle down. Another rumble of thunder could be heard, this time somewhat louder, as the gray clouds practically smothered the sky.

It's already reaining

I think as i feel the raindrop fall on my body. "Finish fast, there's not much time left."

I tell to Donte, while continuing to stay on the on-look for any possible threats.

The rain was starting to come down harder, the strength of the rainfall gradually increasing at a slow rate. The growl of thunder had increased in volume all the while.

Nicholas would have finished making and attaching the splint.

"There, that should at least prevent any more harm from being done." He says to Igneus.

@Junko

The splint held strong as Igneus stood up, supporting her leg just fine.

@Everyone

The rain was coming down hard by this point, thunder rumbling over the sound of the pouring precipitation. It was a real tropical storm, raining so hard it hurt. Lightning briefly flashed across the sky with a thunderous crack, momentarily lighting up the cloud-filled sky.
