Is the Paths Realm a Timeless Void?

If Eren Yeager can interact & move freely throughout history via the Paths Realm, which is shown to operate while T = 0, would this make the PR a timeless, true void? And since Eren is now able to freely access this realm, wouldn't it therefore grant him immeasurable speed? I feel this should be added to his profile.

He might not be able to move freely through it. We should wait a while to see what the extent of Eren's abilities are.

Not a limitless fallacy, but Eren & Zeke seem to be able to move without any strain or setbacks. If someone were to argue that he needs royal blood to do anything, remember that Ymir gave full control to Eren despite him not being royal blooded.

If Eren can do what he did previously without aid, there's no reason to just assume he shouldn't be immeasurable without evidence, as there's nothing else to suggest that he can't just do it again whenever he pleases.

We should wait a while to see what the actual extent of Eren's abilities are. It is too soon to upgrade him to Immeasurable speed IMO.

He can access and use the paths at any time. This was demonstrated in chapter 123 through 124 when Eren transported all Eldians to the PR and back in order for them to hear his message without Zeke.

In the recent chapter 126, he is able to send messages to Levi and Hange. It's shown to be night time in the scene that this happens, long after both Eren's initial message during daytime, and well after he could still be in contact with Zeke.
