Is the Injustice Superman from the new Jon Kent series meant to be the same one from the games? And why isn't Ultraman indexed?

Just asking some questions based on the new storyline, not meant to be an upgrade or anything.

So in the new storyline injustice superman oneshots Ultraman. (also a pretty interesting thing is Jon Kent's Blue powers materialising slowly like when he hits Ultraman very hard earlier in the comic and Ultraman says its the hardest punch he's ever felt).

Is it the same Injustice Superman as the games? The next issue goes on it further.

And could this potentially scale him? Also, Ultraman himself should get a profile.

I think it's best to wait until further issues are revealed until we start discussing whether-or-not this is the same Injustice Superman.
The thing about tie-ins is that, typically, they are done without the author of one of the things in-question being crossovered; so we typically don't count it as the same 'canon'. Like, with the next chapter being dubbed 'Rebellion', it's almost like Jon is going to play a big role in trying to topple the Regime -- and possible do more damage than was ever addressed in the mainline comics or games.

Also for the Ultraman thing, I figure everyone's just been lazy ab it lol. But Ultraman would have stuff like limited power-null limited only to other Supermen, and what other stuff has been shown.

That makes the most sense, yeah. Thanks for the reply. Later, it could result in a possible new key for Jon Kent if they keep going with the Superman Blue thing.
