Is it possible for a tier 9-B human fighter to be killed by a pistol(9-C) or a car crash?

Is this possible or considered a PIS?
 
A wall crash is spread out damage, it's entirely possible.

A bullet, however, is more focused and will kill him, and it looks like he got hit in the heart, so, yeah...
