lol but aren't we done by now? Until super clearifies SSGSS we can only speculate so much since toriyama loves giving surprises. As for Issie from DXD while he has an amazing ability well gauntlet that gives him that, it has a very fatal flaw of a time limit and needing to boost. Someone like Ryu hayabusa or similar would snipe him before Issie could take advantagw of his boost or someone like Alucard can easily wait it out and finish him off.

What? Are you talking about the 10 second thing? Even if you only watched the anime then he's already past that weakness.

He's at around Vali's mastery of Balance Breaker now. He can keep the armor up for a month (if he wanted to) and materialize it instantly plus repair.

well while he definitely is strong in the LN, the manga is a different story since they might just nerf or buff him even further. For now mountain lvl+ feat is the only thing that can be considered undisputable. I'm not too caught up with it yet so feel free to give any other feat that can be used
