"Low Complex Multiverse level (The Watcher, who has seen everything that has ever happened, ever will happen, ever could happen, or is happening at the totality of the Multiverse across all time and space, and is also stated to be "all-seeing, all-knowing and omnipresent" and that has literally seen it all, claimed that even him cannot imagine the horrors that might follow if Ultron is unleashed upon the Multiverse, considering him a threat to all the universes and the Multiverse in its entirety with its boundaries being irrelevant to him, making Ultron a bigger threat than the likes of ALIOTH"

As y'all know Infinity ultron, Watcher and Supreme Strange is scaling from Alioth because Watcher mentioned that Infinity Ultron was the biggest threat He've ever seen:
(0:44-0:54)
But i refuse that Alioth is including. We know that He Who Remains and Alioth destroyed the whole multiverse and made sure it was just one timeline. Which means they also killed Watchers. So, after Loki live action series, Multiverse re-formed with the death of HWR. Also the Watcher in What If...? Series is born with it. We know Watcher is not omnisicient, he's a nigh-omnisicient creature, he only know about everything after his born. Which means he doesn't know who Alioth is. So when he said He seen "everything" has happened, happening or will happen, Alioth couldn't include in his words. Now let's get to the main point:

If this page is accepted:
Infinity Ultron, Watcher and Supreme Strange will drop from Low 1C tier to 2A.

Edit: I relize someone can say "Why was there Watchers in gotg?" And i feel like i should make a answer for that question.
Yeah, there was Watchers before multiverse re-formed. But Watcher in What If...? Series wasn't one of them. Why? Because the Watchers we've seen before was in Live Action forms. And we know that In Marvel multiverse, theres animated and live action characters at the same time. As we seen in Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse.

This is wrong, Alioth didn't destroy the whole Multiverse, only the countless timelines that fought in the Multiversal War, which is made quite clear with this WoG statement:
The idea with He Who Remains is that he’s a variant of Kang the Conqueror. Basically, he tells them in his story that he managed to close himself off and isolate the timeline that we all know from the other timelines. It’s almost like they’re an island that’s completely hidden from everyone. He’s been doing that to protect himself because he’s afraid of the other variants of himself, which is Kang the Conqueror and many other variants of him as well, there’s so many different versions of that character.
And it's also supported by this other WoG statement, which states that when the Sacred Timeline branched out it also expanded to alternate realities:
The Multiverse expanded indefinitely forward into the future, back into the past, sideways, left and right, to alternate realities we can’t even comprehend.
Besides, even if the whole Multiverse had been destroyed by Alioth, The Watcher would still not have been affected, since he is a being who exists outside the planes of space and time of the Multiverse, having the entirety of it at his fingertips and with its boundaries being irrelevant to him. And to finally support his superiority towards the Multiverse and other characters like Alioth or He Who Remains, WoG states that The Watcher is above everything and everyone else

Thanks for informations but can i ask why is Alioth a possibly low 1c char? I though timelines in mcu were 2a each and only total of them were low 1c
