With the exception of Soul King himself, because we all know that he would rekt Yhwach in a fight. If not, then how the Hell did Yhwach lost in a fight in the manga?

yhwach lost for a combination of multiple reasons :
uryu Anti thesis wich have been stated to be superior and counter the Almighty in some aspect( twice , once by yhwach himself ,the second by jugram who is a part time user of the Almighty himself)
the still silver arrow ( or the Plot arrow as is it called by the fans) that powernulled him for a few seconds
yhwach own hubris and stupidity of not taking things seriously enough before it was too late .
ichigo superior AP
aizen messing around with kyoka suigetsu wich allowed ichigo to kill him a first time wich( in my opinion) weakened yhwach mentaly, lowering his already questionnable judgement even more.
the main sources of his defeat come from the first two points imo.
as for your first question : no , beside the SK , no one can stand a fight in 1v1 against yhwach in bleach but by statements,uryu if he have the still silver arrow have the best chances even if they are close to zero in a 1v1.

even KS working on yhwach was because he met aizen before regaining Almighty and put under KS influence when defenseless.

yeah , he thought that yhwach after breacking his sword and used arrows was out of ammo and didn't have anything else so he clearly didn't fought Almighty yhwach 1000 years ago
