The forth battle of the most sick tournament ever, for the forth round we have The one that fought vegeta around 3 times vs The virus that fought Zilla

CANCER vs BALICUS

Battle takes place inside Pig (Barnyard) while self isolating on the farm

Both in their 10-C key(In Balicus case, we are using just a "smaller balicus")

A single instance of them infected him, Cancer start in the stomach, Balicus start in the lungs

Okay, this is interesting, Balicus Virus should be at least comparable to the ones that infected godzilla, they do spreed rather quick, and as we know they also can fight the same way the big balicus can, It's acctually reall strange the fact that Balicus profile is only about the big one and has nothing mentioning the small ones sinse the big one only stayed alive for 15% of the episode lol

I feel like Bacillus would win ez.
Bacillus should have a much higher proliferation speed since it managed to infect a massive body like Godzilla's very quick, so i feel like it would just overhwelm cancer regardless of it's intelligence.

The ones in godzilla where bigger them humans, and cancer is used to fight armies of white cells, sadly Bacilus profile is really bad to argue now
