Bowser Upgrade to Irrelevant speed, because Bowser's arms move at speeds that allow him to blitz certain 1-A characters.
 
It was in a comment section, when a guy asked for a character who could defeat Goku, and someone mentioned the Protege, and then another guy said that Goku could ask for Whis to kill the Protege, therefore, he would win.
 
Protege is the dumbest character ever lol. Power mimicry that works on higher dimensional entities with almost no limit. It was pure PIS that Skathan was able to beat him in the first place.

"Insert Tier 7 HST character's name here" is only building level at best. They have no feats beyond that level. And they're also Subsonic at best for being faster than the eye can see.
