I think even if Kirby ate Thor, that he wouldn't be considered Worthy to wield the hammer.

Is Worthiness an abstractly-defined concept in Marvel Comics? Yes.

If he can wield the Monado, I don`t see why he wouldn`t wield Thor`s hammer.
