In order for a Jinchuuriki to break out of a genjutsu is having full controll of their Jichuuriki. Kurama could not have broken Naruto out of one if he wanted to back then,Hst master said:

tailed beasts have to have access to the jinchuuriki's chakra to do that. Some dont like for that because the tailed beasts could potential take over their body but if they are working together than it wont happen.

At 3x the difference, Juubi can't even scratch Ichigo. It's still quite the AP stomp.

Here says in general it takes 5 times AP difference to be an AP stomp.
Here says in general a matchup is a stomp when one character is immediately able to win against another, whether it is via battlefield removal, incapacitation or killing, with the opponent having no chance to retort with their own abilities or statistics.
