Dialga flat out doesn't use his hax early enough. It's only not a stomp if Dialga actually exercises the foresight to realize that Goku is in another league of power entirely and uses hax off the bat that way; but most likely not given his battles and frequency of use. The possibility is there but it's not a majority hence Goku's victory.

Rohan uses his hax off the bat in-character in pretty much every instance of battle. Xeno Goku via Ki Sensing will think Rohan is pretty weak and wouldn't go all 1-shotty on them especially since they're not timeline level which is what he'd normally fight against. Then Rohan deletes Goku's pages with a thought with no chance of Goku retaliating. GG. Goku CANNOT do anything.

Now bloodlust Goku. His pages still get deleted. Nothing changes. Rohan's thought-based Hax with Speed Equalized = Goku NEVER gets the chance to fight back.

So sure. We're the hypocrites here.

Xeno Goku at 4 Kilometers probably wouldn't even approach Rohan. If he's in a battle where he has to win, his first option would be incap so he'd probably throw a lazy Ki blast to KO Rohan or IT behind him and do a neckchop. You cannot think if you do not know your opponent is behind you.

The reason why I say this is because Rohan is just... not in Goku's league in power. There's no reason he would humour him at all. KO him, go home, and find Demigra, Towa or Mira to fight considering they're the actual threats.
