Oh this is a mismatch.
Lady's profile is quite outdated and still has 1.0 PoC stuff. Even if it was updated she would only have 1 way to actually win and it's pretty much useless if Maki just avoids the bayonet in her rocket launcher.
Maki on the other can can just use her bare hands to deal damage.
Yeah, Lady is full of experience dealing with beings that could fold her if they came close but they also were weak enough to be taken care with her weapons, here she is pretty much running against time.
If not a mismatch then a stomp
