As long as Eggman doesn't let Wario into the Final Egg Blaster then Wario would have no way of being able to reach Eggman let alone hurt him. That's gonna turn into a stomp.

well the thing is eggman is smarter than wario so eggman will most likely try to use the death egg buster properly to kill wario and not waste it (reason why he fired for boosting was to get emerl under his control which failed)

I'm pretty sure scaling to guys who can create and control 4-A realms >>> One-shotting multible star systems. I mean a realm full of stars would have to be thousands of light years across. A few star systems is a few light years. Wario one-shots.
