I mean, nobody tried it before, so I was curious. So here's the deal. Wario compares to the Shake King by going toe-to-toe with him. As for Princess Shokora... Well, here's the deal. Let's look at Wario Land 4. Wario normally deals one bar of health of damage on each boss, and he had to use a different strat for each boss or even each phase on a boss. Shokora? With weapons, she can deal at least TWO bars of health on each boss, and physically? She can ALMOST one-shot them, only being prevented from doing so by intentional game design!:



This should mean that Shokora would have an immense AP advantage over Wario, upwards 14 times as strong based on how many bars of health she takes from each boss. At the same time, Wario has a haxpool advantage, some of which can be game-enders. In any case...

Speed is equalized, and this is Wario Land Wario vs Shokora.

How is it a stomp when Shokora is significantly stronger than Wario (twice the one-shot gap as a matter of fact)?
They're comparable. Like, outright. It's not even circular scaling, it's just "Shokora can damage Golden Diva who can damage Wario" lmfao

Bro, look at the difference in how strong their attacks are. Wario does literally ONE bar of health worth damage to bosses (Geisha included). Shokora can do anywhere from two (a single hit from her weakest items) up to FOURTEEN (from correctly picking Big Lips against Aerodent, which itself is a single hit) bars of health worth of damage. How exactly is 2=1 or 14=1? That's Shokora being significantly stronger!

When a game only has game mechanics to work from, they ARE an argument, especially if those mechanics are part of a cutscene (which they are as a cutscene is played out for each item before the boss battle proper begins). Come back when Wario can one-shot Catbat and Geisha. If they aren't, half the RPG profiles we have would be nuked.

Did you know that we explicitly DISALLOW scaling via health bars and whatnot? Such a wonderful rule page isn't it?

This isn't Wonderland, and Shokora isn't High 7-C, try again.

Even if we crop out every game mechanic (which there would be two shown: Wario's health and the boss's health), the game has a mechanic-free way of showing how much damage Shokora does to a boss: the Golden Diva's masks, which she uses a ton of to hide her ugly mug. Each of Wario's attacks only takes out one mask layer. Shokora's best powers take out eight layers of masks:



Shokora literally did eight times as much damage as Wario could do to the Diva, and no game mechanics had to be looked at: just raw mask tearing. The Golden Diva is the only boss in the entire game that has visual, mechanic-free showings of damage for every hit she took.

Then make a CRT, see how others think of it, cause right now not only is every profile involved actual hot garbage, but you nave a problem with scaling here
