Basic Gauntlet: Assuming she's on-par power-wise with Super Sonic, Amy handles all of the bosses except Solaris and the Egg Wizard. Sonic couldn't do them alone, so she likely couldn't take them on either. Maybe Overlord gives her some trouble too.

Extra Round: She stands no chance against Super Sonic, Shadow, Silver, nor Blaze. Best person she has a chance to take down is Silver if anything, but even that's not likely.

Amy beats Chaos, might not make him good again

Loses in SA2, she can't use Chaos Control, Ark crashes

Dies to Overlord

Beats the Advance 1 and 2 final bosses, beats Gemerl with dificulty

Gets paralized by Devil Doom's gas and her nervous system shut down to not being a black arms like Shadow

Dies to Solaris

Probaly beats the Egg Salamender with Blaze's help

Beats Ix with dificulty

Beats the Egg Wizard with Blaze's help

Quick clarification, Super Amy can use Chaos Control too.

To fit with the other Super Hedgehogs.

Black Doom, Biolizard, Lancelot (which is weird, cause there's not even a Chaos Emerald equivalent there), Eggman with a machine, the copy guys (thought those are understandable)

Hell, both Sonic and Silver do it by seeing it once.

Black Doom is literaly the reason why Shadow can do Chaos Control in the first case, Biolizard literaly has a organ for it, Lancelot is a AU Shadow, and Shadow doesn't need a emerald to use it

Your only point is Eggman but even then that's with special machines

Sonic and Silver are special cases and do not prove people can use Chaos Control just cause So no, not everyone can use Chaos Control just because

Lancelot is weird though cause in this world he shouldn't be an ULF nor have Black Room DNA, he shouldn't even know what Chaos Energy is, but it's less about Chaos Control and more of how that world works.
