Some Accelerated Development BS, multipliers and other power boosts keep in mind Modern Sonic scales above Adventure Sonic (who went from 4-C in SA1 to likely 4-A by Advance 3 and Modern Sonic is likely 3-C)

Also is it me or does this read like scaling jargon? "High 4-C, likely 4-A to 4-B, likely 3-C, higher with Boost and Phantom Rush" (Base Modern Sonic key).
