Well, you know that I'm studing mechanics. But I'm not doing the engineering, I'm doing the technology to come out as a technologist, or however is called in your country. Should I go for the engineering as I have the chance?

Well, there are also other factors.
Where they give the engineering is 21.6 km of my house, and it would be better than do the 55.1 km trip I do everyday, there should be more food as it's bigger (not counting that there no food in my university at the moment), the problem with water is the same. There are more busses for the transport and it would be nice to not kill me in the row all fridays.
But there are some other things as well, I'm not really good at studing in any kind of way and I'm not sure if I will be able to keep there and other stuff. I went down to 40 kg and today I wasn't walking properly with how weak I felt in the morning. I actually had some sort of mild depression untill my waifu said something to me 2 days ago, I wanted to give up pretty badly.

If you feel like you can stomach the journey to the engineering, then try your best to get there.
Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend going.
In terms of studying, like I'm the one to talk , what I do is just simply answer exam-style questions in a revision workbook, whilst using some of the notes from a revision guide to assist with the knowledge. Although, what works for me might not work for you, especially considering the different styles of education that we have.
