Yeah, the reason why the site isn't doing anything in the Wayback Machine is either because of:

A - The calculations are server-side and therefore require the servers to be up to perform the conversion

B - Crawled Websites (Sites visited/saved by the Wayback Machine) cannot perform those kinds of things.
